It were me & Rahul(mah buddy) freaking out.....returning back from movie & were somewhere in centre of City..As usual i was Driving car & Rahul engaged in staring the girls outside (Though hez a very nice Guy but staring a girl is his Childhood Right)

~ ~ apart frm Kidding...!! lemme return back to the concern :-)


we had some eating stuff frm Mc-D' & afta eating he slide down the window to 'Throw Wrappers on road' & I resisted saying...dn't do dat...leave it here in the car itself...i'll manage with it...


for which he gave me a gloomsy look & reverted 'Oh hoo....lagta hain tax pay krne laga hain aaj-kal' 
His only meaning was...if you have started paying tax to govt. & it effects you d wrong way it happens






He said it in his own casual manner but d wrdz left me rapt "Do i really pay tax ??"  almost evry1 is paying tax to Govt., 'Direct~indirect ~~ Income, Sales, Excise, Wealth & all'

Either we wish or not,.,., lying in dere criteria limit mean need ta pay dem up'


But the thought rapte completely ~~ 'Beside all these matters ! Do we really pay the tax which we all should...THE SELF TAX ???


THE SELF TAX~ The tax for which none of the Govt. is forcing us to pay, itz criteria limit isn't taking factors of our monthly income & advantageous most part, Being an Indian...we are not answerable to any1 for it !!


Lemme take it as as any of the person on Indian Roads among the crowd'- The person whose name is 'YOU'....


No1 is asking if 'YOU' spit at the centre of the road driving  car/bike or even just walking by, if YOU threw the Food wrappers road side, if YOU slide empty soft drinks bottles by footpath, if YOU throw ciggaratte BUTTS anywhere on road, YOU alwayz curse the Govt. for stinky public toilets...even if itself never bothered flush dem once......itz YOU'

this is what piched me hard....we alwayz expect a Clean & beautiful City we live...but never bother to lean a helping hand to it....cleanliness is a big Factor for us...we never evn think not to make Dirt or to place garbage  d proper way dey should be...

Our India is in its way towards being a 'Developed Country'  such a b.ful feel to live in a Developed country, isn't it ??
But,
Have we ever thought why we indians having a 2000 years old culture are still developing whereas Countries like Canada, Australia who were inexpressive 150 yrs ago are Developed today...??


*Do the difference lies in natural Resources ???
--> Japan has a limited territory, 80% mountains are inadequate for agriculture even...still they are world Competing Economy.
Even the Executives from Rich countries who communicate with their counterparts in poor countries show that their is no significant intellectual difference ... not even of the Race or 'color of the skin'


What is the Difference then ??

~We are such a great nation, we got so many amazing success stories, but we refuse to acknowledge them, why ??
We are first in Milk production
We are Number one in Remote sensing satellites
We are the second largest producer of Wheat & Rice
Look at Dr. Sudarshan, he has transferered the tribal village into a self-driving unit. there are millions of such achievements but our media is only obsessed in the bad news and failures and disasters.
I was in Tel Aviv once and was reading the Israel newspaper. it was the day after a lot of attacks and bombardments and deaths had taken place, The Hamas had struck. but the front page of the newspaper had the picture of a Jewish gentleman who in five years had transformed his desert into an orchard and a granary. It was this inspiring picture that everyone woke up to. The glory details of killing, bombardments, deaths were inside in the newspaper, burried among other news.
In India we only read about death, sickness, terrorism, crimme. Why are we so NEGATIVE ?


Why this obsession ?? Do we not realize that self respect comes from self-Reliance ??
I was in Hyderabad giving lecture, when a 14 year old girl asked me for autograph. i asked her what her goal in life is. She replied: I want to live in a Developed India. For her, You and I will have to Build this Developed India..

*In singapore why don't we throw Ciggaratte Butts on Road side ?? Why do we come back to parking to punch our card if we have over stayed in Restaurents or shopping mall ??
whereas we don't even bother parking the car Road side in our Country...
*We wouldn't dare to eat in public during Rammadan in Dubai !
*We wudn't dare to speed below 90 km/hr in washington & then tell the traffic cop "Jaanta hain main kon hu" ( I am so & so's son).
*We wudn't chuck coconut shells anywhere other then garbage pail on the beaches in Australia
*Why don't we spit PAN on Tokyo roads !






We Respect and conform their system in their country but not in ours...

We throw paper & ciggaratte on Roads the moment we touch Indian grounds
~ ~ We sit back wanting to be pampered and expect the Govt. to do everything for us whilst our contribution is totally NEGATIVE. We expect the Govt. to clean up but we are not going to stop chucking Garbage all over the place nor we are going to stop to pick up a stray piece of paper and throw it in the Bin.


Everybody is out to ABUSE and RAPE the country..nobody thinks of feeding the system...


This time it calls for a great deal of Introspection...please do so...


Apart from paying the taxes which others want...this time pay the 1 for which no1 will ask, pay it for your own selves, for your family, for your City, for your Nation.,.,.,.,.,Pay SELF TAX

Lemme start with 'The amicable, nonchalant and modisch personality' whom we were blessed to have as our 'BOSS'- Vivek Singhal San :-) A person whose personality am trying to put in wordz but honestly, am not capable to do soo........

~On a very sincere note he values a lot in our lives(other than professional) & dat is wot exactly am going to express :-)

To my Non-Japanese frndz, spcl mention to "SAN", it is a term used as respect in Japanese, plz dn't misinterpret it to Surname :D

let me take it upon to the 'TITLE' used - 'FORMALDEHYDE'

sounds-weird?

to me as~well....but it has got a lot concerns with him....so used it :-) Adjectives frm oxford i hope are not d only way to express.....it comes frm within.....frm Heart...& jus bcoz i felt too much for it, i used it....

~mentioning....the term 'FORMALDEHYDE' which spks- It is a 'colorless' agent used as 'Preservative' and 'Disinfectant', and is olso 'Pungent'

What happened when 'Our Guy' stuck the car & Singhal San was very clear to me in saying 'Come Early in the Morning' messagin...itz you who has to clarify the things & the clear thing noticable was ' Wrong happened isn't Issue but speak Right to it'. The matter was all resolved like a 'Wake after a Nap'.

In the entire mess he coveyed his message ' EVERY1 DO WRONG - SPK CLEAR & TAKE CARE'- Every1 make out with Wrong but speak clear to it & be cautious to it.

~~~Not to leave the 'DISINFECTANCY' which Singhal san lead to MQ......sounds like crap hearing Infection ?? obviously it do.....we are working with Automobile Sector & not some medical chains to get infected but as i feel we do get 'Infected' in any sector even in our Automobiles.....not physically but mentally fo sure...

Sorry for terms am mentioning but "Politics, Pin-ups, over-load, Pressure and many others" which i don't knw even since it hasn't been much time to me as a professional.... we catch, carry & forward these infections....Aint' we ??

It has been almost an year i am working in MQ but haven't seen even once- 'How Politics acts or Impacts' ?

The environment speaks not about a Minute Pressure & justifies wot Singhal San spoke in literal words

The Environment he provided us-"Work to gain and not to pain" for which he again mentioned "This all starts from Top & is dissipated to bottom"

~~~~ & finally mentioning the Weird most term i have used.....'PUNGENT' do not go for the literal meaning plz, it's all about 'Effectiveness', the way Pungency acts. You wish or not but if it is propertised You will have to feel & feel it heavy.

Same the Pungency of Singhal San acts for MQ, The 1 taking charge of MQ is rarely wrong & if he is then the Nett & offen knows to manage it well

Your pungency even acts to union ones, i haven't known till i met 2 of known...& on being asked, mentioned i am working in Market Quality since last year, for which aptedly 1 responded
