"THE FORMALDEHYDE BOSS"
((VIVEK SINGHAL SAN))


Lemme start with 'The amicable, nonchalant and modisch personality' whom we were blessed to have as our 'BOSS'- Vivek Singhal San :-) A person whose personality am trying to put in wordz but honestly, am not capable to do soo........

~On a very sincere note he values a lot in our lives(other than professional) & dat is wot exactly am going to express :-)
To my Non-Japanese frndz, spcl mention to "SAN", it is a term used as respect in Japanese, plz dn't misinterpret it to Surname :D

let me take it upon to the 'TITLE' used - 'FORMALDEHYDE'
sounds-weird?
to me as~well....but it has got a lot concerns with him....so used it :-) Adjectives frm oxford i hope are not d only way to express.....it comes frm within.....frm Heart...& jus bcoz i felt too much for it, i used it....

~mentioning....the term 'FORMALDEHYDE' which spks- It is a 'colorless' agent used as 'Preservative' and 'Disinfectant', and is olso 'Pungent'
The 4 terms highlited reveals his personality in every aspect.....

lemme elaborate 'Step go Step'

The term 'COLORLESS' dsn't mean he got no color or wot, ofcourse he got a complexion and a fine1
Jus kidding...
~In actual terms his colorlessness was, he never used his sketches to color the core i.e. was nevr involved in 'Theme based problems' or for 'Vehicle disturbances', but was olwez present colorlessly
'Not visible yet present'

watching upon evrything dat moves on. Itz bcoz of his colorlessness he cun't olwez be seen but was alwayz present & involved in everything...& if i name it technically....he was olwez involved with warranty, Analysis, Audit, Qic & others.....it was just his presence that cannot be seen, but was alwayz felt :-)

~~How abt the 2nd term which says 'Preservative' ??
Most of the Bosses are ??
I hope No....... They preserve bcoz you preserve them, you lead them to completeness....& this is what makes a Deal, Work leads to preservance, a 'Hand by hand' deal...

sooo......Did Singhal San preservd ???

again a Big Nooo.......he never did.....never evn bothered to show soo....

*He taught us Professional Ethics rather than Business tactics*
The questn he taught 'WHY NEED PRESERVANCE' ?? Do what is Right & if make out with sthing wrong- speak clear to it- 'KOI FANSI NAHI LAGA DEGA'
What happened when 'Our Guy' stuck the car & Singhal San was very clear to me in saying 'Come Early in the Morning' messagin...itz you who has to clarify the things & the clear thing noticable was ' Wrong happened isn't Issue but speak Right to it'. The matter was all resolved like a 'Wake after a Nap'.

In the entire mess he coveyed his message ' EVERY1 DO WRONG - SPK CLEAR & TAKE CARE'- Every1 make out with Wrong but speak clear to it & be cautious to it.

"WEAK NEEDS PRESERVANCE, STRONG MAKE RULES TO IT"

~~~Not to leave the 'DISINFECTANCY' which Singhal san lead to MQ......sounds like crap hearing Infection ?? obviously it do.....we are working with Automobile Sector & not some medical chains to get infected but as i feel we do get 'Infected' in any sector even in our Automobiles.....not physically but mentally fo sure...

Sorry for terms am mentioning but "Politics, Pin-ups, over-load, Pressure and many others" which i don't knw even since it hasn't been much time to me as a professional.... we catch, carry & forward these infections....Aint' we ??
It has been almost an year i am working in MQ but haven't seen even once- 'How Politics acts or Impacts' ?

The environment speaks not about a Minute Pressure & justifies wot Singhal San spoke in literal words

'Work to learn and learn beyond the boundaries, do not limit yourself to your section or Dept".

The Environment he provided us-"Work to gain and not to pain" for which he again mentioned "This all starts from Top & is dissipated to bottom"
we'll surely be following your guidelines sir :-)

I Convincingly and affectedly believes 'No Boss would ever had such tendancy towards Dept. as our Singhal & Sanjay San did"

"Not to forget, Sanjay San equally contributed to everything that works on" You both have been great Bosses sir" :-)

~~~~ & finally mentioning the Weird most term i have used.....'PUNGENT' do not go for the literal meaning plz, it's all about 'Effectiveness', the way Pungency acts. You wish or not but if it is propertised You will have to feel & feel it heavy.
Same the Pungency of Singhal San acts for MQ, The 1 taking charge of MQ is rarely wrong & if he is then the Nett & offen knows to manage it well

Your pungency even acts to union ones, i haven't known till i met 2 of known...& on being asked, mentioned i am working in Market Quality since last year, for which aptedly 1 responded

"SInghal San dikhe tumhare Boss to"
Haanji" I replied
"badhiya bando hego, Udai v. k time b dekho, ar auro se b sun raakhi hain, bande mein kami noye, sahi jagah pohoch ge tam"
"This is what sm1 frm present Union leaders stated about you which i have nevr known wud come frm their home"- It is what your personality speaks sir........"

How can i forget to mention "on being asked about my Dept. change last year by knowns- i mentioned it as Market Quality.........& d ppl starting from "Administration, VQ, Service, Ir, Prod. Admin, PPC mesmerisizingly repeated the same thing "Bohot ache Boss k under gaye ho, har tarah se badhiya bande hain"
translate : "You have got a wonderful boss, he is too nice a guy as a Boss & as a Human"

"This is a very-very small description i could hv made about u, bt tried mah best to give it a bit touch of yours......"


Apart from these........i seriously thought 'Not to mention' these points but this blog will not get complete if i'll nt reveal......
